Why Act 2 Venture?
From non-profit, to government, to fortune 500 companies, I have gone through every scenario turning business visions into reality. You name it, I've done it. Okay, maybe not creating the engineering blueprint for a space shuttle, but I was on the team of engineers who did.
As a Business Strategist, I've developed robust strategies with action plans to execute effectively. My focus is to streamline processes by removing redundancy, allowing small businesses to become efficient for expansion and profit.
I've created this company to assist in identifying and addressing inefficiencies, while optimizing their operations for seamless growth; Empower entrepreneurs to create and build their ideal business; and help those experiencing corporate fatigue figure out what's next.
